Heads of Agreement between Yinson and Japanese Consortium

On 30 Jun 2017, Yinson entered into a Heads of Agreement (HoA) with a consortium of Japanese companies (namely Sumitomo Corp, Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha Ltd, JGC Corp and the Development Bank of Japan) via a disposal of 26% stake of Yinson Production (West Africa) Pte Ltd (YPWA) for the chartering, operation and maintenance contract of FPSO facility in Ghana.
