What is the role?

We are looking for aspiring candidate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to be at the forefront of leading our HR administration activities.

Reporting to Group HR Director, this role will be an integral part of a regional team that works on efficient and effective delivery for end-to-end HR functions that encompassing payroll processing, reporting and statutory payments.

Successful candidates will have a proactive work attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on a wide range of HR initiative. Establish and maintain strong business partnership to stay abreast of current and future HR needs. We are seeking professionals with a positive work style and attitude, who are well-organised, able to effectively multi-task and prioritise and take initiative and result driven.

Some of your tasks may include:

  • Accountable for the end-to-end Recruitment activities for our Private Entities and Green Technologies businesses  
  • Responsible for the delivery and execution of the Annual Salary & Bonus Review
  • Ensure that employment policies, procedures and Handbook for Private Entities in KL is in line with best practise
  • Supports the business in identify the Learning & Development needs and ensures actions are in place
  • Responsible for the execution of the talent management & performance management process
  • Provides people analytics and reporting to business areas under the role’s responsibility
  • Leads and supports any harmonisation and integration activities which have people implications or requirements
  • Handles employee queries and leads employee communication for the private entity businesses
  • Works in collaboration with HR leads across the Yinson Private Entity businesses and the YHB HR Business Partner and Malaysia HR Operations team.
  • Supports any Audit activity for business areas under the role’s responsibility Support Yinson HR Transformation activity

Who should apply?

Professionals with a strong passion in HR operations - someone who is not afraid to engage with people and apply the latest technologies to create unique solutions for the company.

  • Bachelor or masters’ degree.
  • 5 – 8 years HR experience in an international business. Strong HR operational experience including recruitment, payroll and benefits management.
  • Understanding of Malaysia foreign worker employment pass and tax processing requirements
  • Strong passion and knowledge in latest HRIS system and relevant technology space
  • Have a strong ability to lead, coach and influence stakeholders
  • Someone who have a growth mindset and thrives in an environment of continuous improvement
