Responsible for coordinating IT initiatives, IT projects and IT operations for the group and to execute IT improvement initiatives.
Work with the Head of IT to execute IT strategic initiatives, and to enhance IT capabilities to provide long-term competitive benefits and mitigate risks to business;
Coordinate and follow up with IT vendors on IT service level delivery, application/hardware issues and errors;
Service Management, Delivery and Support in a diverse and fast pace environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related discipline.
Collaborate with all sites IT and comfortable with hands-on technical responsibilities and be on-the-ground.
Drive standardization of infrastructure, policies and procedures.
Strong Stakeholder management and vendor management.
Coordinate and offer technical assistance to Business Units on IT related projects.
Manage daily IT operations including applications and infrastructure support as required by the organization.
Configure, design and implement future IT infrastructure.
Manage external supplier service agreements for current IT managed services and solution.
Support and provide input in order to optimize IT infrastructure and communications systems and ensure that these perform accordingly.
Help to ensure that IT solutions implemented in the Company are economically viable.
Ensure compliance, governance and policies are adhere.
Strong leadership, people management skills, excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, work under tight schedule and travel as required.
Bachelor in Computer Science, or certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Managerial role; 5 – 10 year experience in infrastructure, operations, security and cloud technologies.
Proficiency in O365, Virtualization, Windows & Cloud platforms, Skype for Business, Polycom, network, software and/or hardware;
Experience in AWS, Azure and Hybrid (On-premises & Cloud) Architectural environment an added advantage.
Process ITIL Certification / TOGAF / Cloud Certifications / Security or related Knowledge preferred.
Proficient at working with help desk system;
Experience in project management.
Knowledge of cybersecurity and infrastructure designs.
Very good verbal and written communication skills in English

Detail-oriented, consistent, organized, analytical, good interpersonal skills and presentation skills;
