Department Secretary


  • supporting high-level executives and management;
  • provides administrative support and performs numerous duties and clerical support for all department staffs, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests;
  • schedule meetings and prepare agenda for meetings;
  • manage staffs' travelling schedules;
  • prepare statistical reports;
  • prepare confidential and sensitive documents;
  • coordinates office management activities and office procedures;
  • plans events and volunteers activities;
  • maintain hard copy and electronic filing system;
  • possess initiative to raise issue or improvement initiatives, within his/ her area of responsibilities;
  • any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management


  • possesses at least a diploma certificate;
  • minimum 2 years experience in related field
