Who are we?

Yinson is a world leading energy solutions provider. Our business consists of Offshore production, Renewables, Offshore Marine and Green Technology. We have offices and operations in various countries around the world and thus offer a culturally diverse, international environment. We are now hiring in preparation for further growth.   

What you will do :

Assist project finance loan structuring, origination, documentation and completion. Participating in negotiation with lenders, counsels and various internal and external parties.

• Assist various corporate loans including equity and revolving credit facilities
• Assist debt capital market origination and execution. Including bond, perpetual and various structured investment products.
• Assist the investment assessment process through the preparation and review of robust financial/valuation models, board papers and analysis of the investment details.
• Assist in business and charter contract review and assist in negotiation with client
• Review and evaluate merger and acquisition plan, IPO and various equity linked corporate exercises.
• Assist in managing corporate advisors from investment banks, solicitors, placement agents, equity capital advisory, brokerage advisory and various regulatory bodies.
• To explore renewable opportunities in offshore windfarm, solar investment analysis, on top of FPSO and other energy infra projects
• Coordinate internal departments on various matters such as tax, finance, accounting and operations.
• Assist the due diligence process related to corporate exercises (including acquisitions, divestitures, capital market exercises) which involves both internal and external parties.

Education and Business Background 

• Possess a degree in Finance or related field
• At least 1 – 2 years of work experience
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Good presentation and writing skills
