Who are we?

Yinson Green Technologies is growing the team in Singapore and is currently looking to hire talents with a knowledge and interest in one or several of the following areas:  electrification, product development, energy storage, battery management, power management, energy markets, fuel cells, additive manufacturing, 3D printing, autonomous operations, offshore energy production or other related areas.

What are the roles?

We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join our team in Singapore to be at the forefront of technological development and project management. In this role, you will be an integral part of a team that works on new technologies, industrial applications and commercialisation of various projects aimed at reducing carbon emissions. You will contribute towards project administration and providing support to other stakeholders and services partners.

Successful candidates will have a proactive work attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on a wide range of complex and time sensitive tasks. We are seeking team members with a positive work style, who are well-organised, able to effectively multi-task and prioritise and who are ready to show and take initiative and drive projects forward.

Some of your tasks may include:

  • Booking of travel and hotel accommodation for project personnel
  • Manage and upkeep shared electronic folders containing project information
  • Assisting with administrative matters, scheduling of meetings and appointments
  • General proof reading and document control
  • General filing both hardcopy and electronic copy
  • General management of work registers. Assisting in project reporting
  • Use company software for document control, purchase requisition and other admin tasks
  • Prepare presentation slides to summarise and capture key points
  • Administration of manhours across different projects within the division
  • Taking Minutes of Meeting for internal and external meetings
  • Organising team building events and other corporate events
  • Stock control, ordering and assignment of stationery, pantry supplies, PPE, etc, at site office
  • Drafting of letters on behalf of Project Manager

You will also be interacting with teams from different regions and functions including academic and research institutes to evaluate new technologies for deployment on projects.

  • Diploma / GCE O Level
  • Minimum 3 years of administration / secretarial experiences
  • Good organisational and administration skills with keen attention to detail
  • Good command of English, written & spoken
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to be relocated to work in site office or shipyard environment during project phase.
