Projects Quality Manager (PQM)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ensure compliance of Managament Systems and content
  • ensure that Vendors are providing sufficient quality products and services to Company
  • reporting promptly any quality related problems and intended resolutions that are identified and need to be resolved, including suggestions for resolution
  • managing NCRs with relevant departments and trackng trends as per procedure
  • monitor the resolution of any identified non-conformng activities, findings, concesssions, deviations, etc.
  • developing, coordinating and following the Vendor QA QC Training plan as per procedure
  • prepare quality requirements for the Contracts - Invitation to Tender (ITT) and bids QA/QC evaluation
  • establish criteria for evaluating and selecting suppliers
  • define controls to maintain system integrity during potential project organizational changes
  • monitor the application of all certification and classification control and links with the classification society
  • carry out appraisal of Contractor quality systems with the support of the Packages QAQC Leads
  • assist in the review of critical Contractor enquiry and purchase requisitions and ensure contractual quality related requirements, codes, standards, etc. have been adequately specified
  • coordinate all inspections and testing activities provied by the call off Service Contractor and verify inspector's and NDT technician's qualifications and check all inspection orders and reports for accuracy and depth of detail
  • monitor the acceptance of equipment and material tha require typically API, ASME, code stamp requirements. This also applies to 3rd party certification testing requirements for safety and lifting equipment, electrial hazardous areas
  • ensure full collecion of quality documents as Design Dossier, As built Dossier and Certificates
  • monitor test certificates and review final as built documents
  • sound technical knowledge in materials, welding, coating/ painting, NDE inspection and general construction activities
  • QHSE duties - every employee shall:
    • take care of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts or oversights
    • not interfere with or misuse anything supplied for their health, safety and welfare
    • report quality related problems and HSSE hazards or deficits within their area to the QHSE department
    • promote and take part in the QHSSE continuous improvement process

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma (preferably a Degree qualified) in a technical subject
  • good use of Word and Excel
  • vast relevant experience in onshore oil and gas facility in design, construction and project management
  • experience in managing EPC contractors
  • team player, acting as a champion to break new grounds and self-motivated
  • proven track record of result deliveries in challenging project environments
  • professional engineer with a broad QA/QC experience in design, construction and project management
