Who are we?

Yinson is a world leading energy solutions provider. Our business consists of Offshore production, Renewables, Offshore Marine and Green Technology. We have offices and operations in various countries around the world and thus offer a culturally diverse, international environment. We are now hiring in preparation for further growth.

We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated person to join our vibrant Corporate Communications team. Working closely with Assistant Senior Manager Corporate Communications and Corporate Strategy team, you will support the upholding of the Group’s high standards of corporate communications whilst ensuring the alignment and consistency of the Group’s corporate communications materials with the Group’s corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities:  

Strategic communications:

  • Provide support to Corporate Communications and Corporate Strategy team to originate, develop and execute internal and external communications that support and achieve Yinson’s strategic goals
  • Provide support to Corporate Communications and Corporate Sustainability team to orginate, develop and execute internal and external Environmental-Social & Governance (ESG) communications, supporting the building of a sustainability mindset amongst stakeholders and positioning Yinson in the forefront of sustainability performance

Communication Collaterals:

  • Assist in maintaining and developing all of organisation’s corporate communications materials including Annual Report, investor relations collateroals, marketing collaterals, advertisements, and letters in a timely manner and in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Assist in developing campaigns and content for internal comnunications including regular maintenance of employee intranet.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating websites, social media and related digital platforms
  • Assist in supporting other business units through developing communicatons materials as needed

Events/ Press:

  • Assist with organisation of corporate events including Annual General Meetings, analyst briefings, press briefings, exhibitions, shareholder meetings, award ceremonies and conferences
  • Assist with organisation of internal events
  • Assist with communications to support sponsorship requests and CSR initaitives
  • Assist with researching and responding to press enquiries, ensuring that media sign-off protocols are adhered to

Corporate Brand Management:

  • Become a Corporate brand champion for Corporate Visual Identity. With support of MC, ensure accurate representation of corporate identity across the organisation’s activities/initiatives
  • Assist in sourcing and recommending corporate gifts and premiums that commensurate with corporate image

Specific Qualifications Required:

  • Degree in public relations, communications or relevant field
  • 4 years of experience in corporate communications or any relevant field

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional written, spoken, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Writing and editing experience with a variety of print and online communications media.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Photo, design and video-editing skills will be highly regarded
  • Proficiency in English is essential
  • Creative and thoughtful on how communication platforms can be utilised
  • Innovative thinker, with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and output
