Yinson recently partnered with Malaysians of Melbourne University (MoMU) to conduct a webinar titled, “LEAPing into Sustainability with Yinson”. Over 40 participants attended the webinar, which aimed to share Yinson’s story, its sustainability journey and how future graduates can be a part of that.

The webinar featured Mr Michael Lam, Talent Acquisition Manager of Asia, who introduced Yinson to the students, and Ms Zaihanor Azura, Human Resource Manager, who walked them through Yinson’s League of Extraordinary Apprentices Programme (L.E.A.P.). Head of Corporate Sustainability, Dr Renard Siew, was also invited to share Yinson’s sustainability journey and the current sustainability landscape.

“At Yinson, we take sustainability very seriously. At the end of the day, the Earth is our home, so we need to play our role to protect it, and companies like Yinson are working hard to help move the trajectory of our journey towards a better and more sustainable future,” said Dr Renard.

MoMU is a student association for Malaysians studying at the University of Melbourne, which aims to be a home away from home for their members. They organise social and corporate events, where members can expand their social and career connections with other Malaysian students from different countries and professional companies.

Yinson is currently MoMU’s Platinum Sponsor.
