Yinson Holdings Berhad (“Yinson” or the “Group”) and JLand Group Sdn Bhd (“JLG”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Johor Corporation (“JCorp”), have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) to explore potential business opportunities in the development and deployment of renewable energy and green technology solutions.
This collaboration leverages Yinson’s position as a global energy infrastructure and technology company in its inclusive transition journey, as well as JLG’s position as the leader in Johor’s real estate and infrastructure businesses.
The strategic alliance underscores Yinson’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and value creation with likeminded partners as it aims to provide communities with affordable, reliable, and accessible energy in their decarbonisation journey. Yinson’s innovative and sustainable solutions enable JLG to empower and enrich the communities’ lives while enhancing their wellbeing.

The signing ceremony which was represented by Mr Lim Chern Yuan and JLG Managing Director, En Muaazam Mahmud, and was witnessed by Johor Corporation’s President and Chief Executive Datuk Syed Mohamed Syed Ibrahim, Datuk Sr. Akmal Ahmad, and Yinson Group Chief of Staff Mr Liaw Thong Jung.
