Yinson received Bronze and Silver for the ‘Best Remote Learning Initiative’ and Silver for the ‘Best Soft Skills Training Programme’ categories respectively at the Employee Experience Awards 2022 held at the Sheraton Hotel in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

The Awards recognise companies that have successfully anchored and delivered workplace milestones on three employee experience pillars: leadership, learning and employee engagement. This year’s entrants are judged based on four key sections, which include business challenge, transformation strategy, impact and learning points. The panel of judges were handpicked and comprised of eminent senior Human Resource (HR) experts and thought leaders.

The awards are a testament to Yinson’s continued efforts in building robust learning and developing programmes given the challenges brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic and movement restriction orders. Yinson’s Learning Management System, ‘Learn@Yinson’, was rolled out since 2020 and has seen extensive adoption by Yinson employees. The Group’s soft skills training programmes such as the Yinson L.E.A.D. Programme for managers, are recognised as one of the leading initiatives amongst the top companies in Malaysia.
