Yinson proudly kicks off its new flagship League of Extraordinary Apprentices Programme (L.E.A.P) today at the GRADUAN® Aspire Career Fair 2019 in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

The two-day event which ran from 13^rd to 14^th July, 2019 is widely known as Malaysia’s leading talent recruitment fair which serves as a platform connecting graduates and young professionals to prospective employers to explore career opportunities.

This year is the ninth edition of the fair and saw the attendance of over 68,000 talents – including 12 representatives from Yinson – and the participation of more than 150 top Malaysian employers at the event.

Amidst the buzz and the bustle of the career fair, the Yinson team welcomed troops of excited graduates, parents and visitors of all ages with open arms and an exclusive introduction to L.E.A.P.

Branded as a career kick-starter like no other, Yinson’s L.E.A.P is an accelerated career programme designed to equip talented graduates and young professionals with the right set of skills, experiences and opportunities not only to face the challenges of tomorrow, but to fast-track them to become future business leaders.

There are two streams in L.E.A.P. There is the Advanced Stream, a 4-year intensive programme for the extraordinarily ambitious candidate. This stream is designed to fast-track them to mid-level management positions upon completion of the programme. Advanced Streamers also have the distinct advantage of being directly mentored by one of Yinson’s top leaders.

Next, there is the Executive Stream, a 2.5 year programme for ambitious candidates who will be put through a structured system of learning and development covering all areas of the company’s business. Upon completion, Executive Streamers will be invited to take up senior executive positions in the company.

All recruited apprentices will be given the opportunity to learn from every key department in Yinson’s corporate advisory office on a rotational-attachment basis, where they will be guided by seasoned professionals to think through and execute impactful projects unique to each department.;
