Yinson’s Singapore and Malaysia offices are both honoured to have won the ‘Best Companies to Work for in Asia’ award by HR Asia, reflecting the Group’s commitment to boosting employee engagement, encouraging diversity, inclusion and equality (“DEI”), and creating an environment that brings out the best in our employees.
On top of 2022’s recognition, both offices have won this award previously, with Yinson Malaysia being awarded in 2018 and 2019, and Yinson Singapore in 2019. The HR Asia Awards, which covers 14 markets in Asia, is a recognition programme for organisations that have been identified by their employees as employers of choice and ascertains the best employers to work for.
In Singapore, 309 companies were nominated and 50 selected as winners, whereas 65 winners were selected from 310 nominated companies in Malaysia.
