Yinson Production Offshore Pte Ltd has received the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” Award, Singapore chapter, reflecting the Group’s progressive effort to boost employee engagement, encourage diversity and create an environment that nurtures talent.
Yinson Production was selected among 196 local corporations across 21 industries to receive the award, which is hosted by HR Asia, one of Asia’s most authoritative publications for senior Human Resource professionals. The Awards honour companies with outstanding employer practices across Asia which practise high levels of employee engagement and excellent workplace cultures.
This is the second HR Asia Award received by Yinson, with Yinson Holdings Berhad winning HR Asia’s Best Companies to work for in Asia Award, Malaysia Chapter, last year.
The award ceremony was hosted on 18 October 2019 at a black-tie event at the Intercontinental Hotel, Singapore. The award was received by Yinson Production Offshore Chief Executive Officer Mr Eirik Barclay.
Winners are selected based on online employee surveys which explore three main categories; Core, Self and Group. Yinson’s company average in all three categories surpassed the market average.
Yinson Production Offshore Chief Executive Officer Mr Eirik Barclay, who received the award on behalf of the company, said the award was a recognition of the company’s commitment to investing in the professional growth and personal development of their employees.
“Our people are indeed the fundamental pillars of our company’s success. Staying true to our core values, ‘ROADS’ – which stands for being Reliable, Open, Adaptable, Decisive and Sustainable – enables us to continue building a collaborative and inclusive culture for Yinsonites to develop, thrive and reach greater heights in their careers,” said Eirik.
