Yinson is pleased to announce the appointment of Lim Poh Seong as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 15 October 2024. 

Lim Poh Seong is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) and a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”). He has over 25 years of experience in the fields of auditing, accounting, corporate finance and overall administration of business operations. He began his career as an auditor with a major accounting firm and subsequently joined the commercial sector where he held various leadership positions in the finance and operations, as well as Board positions, in several Malaysian public listed companies.
