Yinson is proud to announce that we have once again received the Silver Award in the General Award category at the Australasian Reporting Awards (ARA) 2025, marking our fourth consecutive win since 2022.
Receiving the Silver Award affirms that Yinson’s 2024 Integrated Annual Report, themed ‘Unlocking Value. Stronger Together’, has met high standards of reporting across most ARA criteria. This includes satisfactory disclosure of key business areas, and outstanding transparency in at least one major segment such as Governance and Ethics, Human Resource Management, or Financial Performance.
Our 2024 report reflects a strong year of delivery and value creation for stakeholders, with a continued focus on enhancing transparency and aligning with global best practices. Key advancements include the launch of Yinson’s first Double Materiality Assessment (“DMA”), which strengthened our materiality disclosures by providing deeper insight into ESG issues that matter most to both our stakeholders and our business. The DMA has played a critical role in guiding our decision-making processes and strategic priorities. We also made significant strides in improving data quality and availability, and further enhanced our climate-related disclosures through the publication of Yinson’s Climate Report, which outlines our strategy and progress towards achieving our Climate Goals.
