I stuck at the charging station for about an hour to register a new account, adding credit card and wait for the verification code. My singapore credit card doesn't work at all, and the customer service was really bad.

Tried to save my card and paid $1 processing fee, ended up not having my card saved and losing the dollar. Customer service does not even reply emails.

Few problem on the app 1) the app crash time to time during charging session and restart by itself automatically 2) the favorites location not able to save more when you have more 8 locations in your favorites list. Pls fix the bugs.
